Release Note: 3.0.0-alpha-s.19
Welcome to the latest Activator version! This update brings bug fixes, new features, and improvements all around the system. Some changes are not visible to the end-user.
Let's explore what's new!
See the following explanations for enablement options:
AUTO-ON: Automatically activated and no configuration is required before using the feature; in some cases, a new feature is dependent on another feature that must be enabled or configured.
CONFIGURATION: Anthill must turn on or configure the feature before it is available to use or is active; for example, an Admin must add document templates before users can create documents from templates.
What’s new in 3.0.0-alpha-s.19
Email Fragments
Email Fragments are reusable document sections that make creating and updating email content easier. They act as building blocks you can use in different emails without needing to start from scratch each time.
When authoring an Email, you can select a Layout and convert it to a standalone Email Fragment, saving it for future use. You can also search for specific Email Fragments to add to your emails, making it simple to access pre-designed elements.
Manage, find and use Email Fragments
We’ve introduced and Email Fragment pane in the Content panel for managing your Email Fragments. You can easily add, refresh, or remove Email Fragments from an Email as needed.
Within this this pane you can search specifically for Email Fragments with advanced filtering, letting you quickly browse, sort, and select Email Fragments directly from a centralized location. AUTO-ON
Relationship between Emails and Email Fragments
Our integration supports a new type of relationship between Emails and Email Fragments, modeled after the way Media Assets are connected. This enables smooth linking between email content and fragments, so they work together efficiently. CONFIGURATION
Convert Layouts to Email Fragments with ease
Use the Convert to Fragment feature to quickly create new Email Fragments from parts of your Email. Add custom details like name, group, and description for better organising, making it easy to integrate these reusable elements into your projects. AUTO-ON

Customizable placement in DAM System
MLR Reports can be configured to upload to the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system as the main file, an additional file, or a related file. This offers flexibility for organizing and integrating reports into your content library. CONFIGURATION
