AUTO-ON: Automatically activated and no configuration is required before using the feature; in some cases, a new feature is dependent on another feature that must be enabled or configured.
CONFIGURATION: Anthill must turn on or configure the feature before it is available to use or is active; for example, an Admin must add document templates before users can create documents from templates.

Duplicate Emails
We've added a feature allowing you to create a copy of any specified email while retaining its properties, relationships, and metadata.
The duplication process is handled through a Duplication Wizard, to streamline the process of copying emails while ensuring all necessary metadata fields are accurately populated. This feature guides you through the steps of duplication, beginning with pre-filled metadata based on the original email. From there, users can effortlessly select the appropriate Design System, whether they wish to maintain the original relationship, duplicate it, or select a relation to an existing Design System. Design System Enhancements
We've introduced several enhancements to the Design System interface to simplify and improve user interactions. The updated information panel now includes metadata, offering more context at a glance. Layout and Template cards feature a preview option, making it easier to visualize changes directly within the Design System view.
Publishing Design Systems is now supported, along with the ability to save Layouts and Helpers back into the system. A new button at the bottom of the right-side panel enables you to create (or update existing) Layouts or Helpers, with a guided popup for inputting necessary details and a snackbar providing feedback on your actions. Additionally, thumbnails are automatically generated to ensure consistent visual representations for newly created elements. AUTO-ON
Configurable Document Types and Preferences
The system now supports configurable document types, enabling us to tailor client tenants to work seamlessly with various formats such as email templates. This enhancement allows precise control over how features, tokens, and distribution packages function for each document type, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
All configurations are managed internally by Anthill and this flexibility ensures each tenant is optimized for its specific needs without requiring any action or adjustments from end users. CONFIGURATION
SSO Integration (Vault)
We’re excited to announce the seamless integration of Single Sign-On (SSO) with our application, providing users with a smoother and more secure authentication experience. With SSO, users can access the application effortlessly using their existing credentials, eliminating the need for multiple logins and reducing complexity. This integration ensures compatibility with industry-standard authentication protocols like OAuth, enabling secure connections and centralized identity management. CONFIGURATION
Dashboard
The new Dashboard introduces a streamlined interface for managing content, currently featuring a left side panel for quick navigation. This panel provides easy access to key features, including recent documents and document types, allowing users to quickly retrieve the content they need.
While the dashboard is designed to be intuitive and efficient, future enhancements will include additional features such as create buttons, filtering options, and the ability to save favorites, further improving workflow and productivity. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to optimize the dashboard for a seamless user experience. AUTO-ON
Pre-selected Media Library Filters
Media library filters will now automatically pre-select options based on document metadata, such as product and country values. This enhancement streamlines the experience by reducing the manual steps needed to apply relevant filters when accessing the media library.
The new preselection configuration enables filters to be automatically set according to specified criteria. The settings allow for either hardcoded values or inherited selections from the current record, ensuring flexibility and efficiency in media management workflows. CONFIGURATION
Bugfixes
Settings Panel Document Reload Resolved an issue where opening the settings panel via the burger menu would unexpectedly refresh the document in the background.
Refinements in Design System UI We've addressed various UI issues such as ensuring interactivity matches visual cues, clarifying layout group orderings, removing unnecessary scroll bars and ensured that the font selector and color pickers in the document editor accurately reflect predefined fonts and colors from the Design System.
Navigate Tab with 'Add' Subtabs Post-Preview The Navigate tab, complete with 'Add' subtabs, now automatically reopens after exiting the Preview mode, ensuring seamless workflow continuity.
Email Fragments Linking Email Fragments now maintain relationships with parent emails, preserve media assets, and include mjml files to enhance content accuracy and integrity during publishing.
PDF Generation Consistency Resolved issues with PDF documents not matching the Activator preview by aligning column widths, fonts, and respecting media queries.
